Ikerketa-ekintza parte-hartzailean oinarrituta, zenbait praxi eraikitzen lagun-du dugu lau udalerritan: Pedreran, Sevillako hegoaldeko mendilerroan, 1996 eta 1997 artean; Santiponcen, Sevillako metropoli-barrutian, 1998 eta 1999 artean; Bollullos Par del Condadon, Huelvako ekialdean, 2002an; eta Cabezas de San Juanen, Sevillako hego-ekialdean, 1999 eta 2003 artean. IU-LV-CAk gobernaturiko 20.000 biztanletik beherako herrialdeak dira laurak. Artikulu honetan, eraikitako praxi horiek azaldu nahi ditugu. Based on participatory research work, we helped set up several research projects in four municipalities: Pedrera, in the southern mountain range of Seville 1996-1997: Santiponce, in the Seville metropolitan area, 1998-1999: in Bollullos Par del Condado in the eastern part of Huelva province in 2002, and in Cabezas de San Juan in the south-eastern area of Seville province, 1999-2003 where, in all four provinces, all town under 20,000 inhabitants are governed by IU-LV-CA. In this article, we wish to provide an explanation of those research projects that have been built up. In those four research papers, the desire has been for a participatory democracy to emerge and be sustained at the local level. With these data, we do not wish to state that nothing can be achieved in municipalities where other parties are in power or with greater populations or beyond the local scope: the data is simply that which we have collaborated on in the areas we did.
