Laburpena:

Euskal Autonomi ElkarteakEuropako Elkartean sartzerakoan eta, ekonomiaren internazionalizazioari aurre egiterakoan, besteak beste, aspalditik irauten duen atzerapen teknologikoak sortutako akatsak jasan egin behar izan ditu.

Autonomi Elkartearen egoerak ikerketa arloan honako ezaugarriak ditu:

• Ikerketa hutsa eta garatuaren maila kaxkarra -balore absolutuak zein erlatiboak kontutan izanik-.
• Enpresa-Unibertsitate harremanek ez dute tradiziorik.
• Enpresen arteko harremanak (elkarte estrategikoak, joint ventureak, clusteretan taldekatzeak, lurralde autonomo, nazional edo europar mailan proiektuetan elkarrekin parte hartzea) ez dira maiz eman.
  

Horiek horrela, beste bide batzuk aurkitu behar izan dira epe laburrean Ikerketa eta garapenaren emaitzak enpresaratzeko hauen ezagupen eta know-howa hobetzearren.

Euskal Autonomi Elkartean enpresen ekoizpen-beharrei erantzuna emateko Zentru Teknologikoen erabilpenera jo da EITE medio delarik.

Artikulu honetan, zentruen lana azaltzen da teknologiaren hedapen eta transferentzia lortzeko somatu ditugun mugak zein erraztasunak adieraziz.

In this research proyect we carry out an analysis of the pattern by which the Technology Centres are contributing to the setting up of R+D in enterprises in the Basque Autonomus Region.

One of the problems observed in the Basque economy when faced with integration into EC and the increasing globalization of economy lies in backward technology it suffers from.

This situation is characterized by:

• A low degree of activity in the research field, in both absolute and relative terms;
• A lack of tradition of productive University-enterprises links;
• A lack of tradition of inter-enterprise links.
  

In order to minimize this problem, Technology Centres have been set up as a specific tool with the capacity to assimilate and/or generate the most advanced technology available in the international market so as to adapt it to the productive needs of the enterprises in the Basque area.

Throughout the article, we give a description of the EITE suply of technological services, as well as data concerning its activity.

Finally, we consider the aspects that favour and limit the process of extending such technology by means of Centres in the Basque Autonomus Region.
